Refunds

If a pack does not print properly, or is not what the page said it was, email us within 30 days and we will refund it in full. You do not need to explain further.

Everything is a digital download, so there is nothing to send back.

Paid packs are currently sold everywhere except the European Union and the United Kingdom. Free worksheets and the generator stay available everywhere.

Before asking for a refund it is worth trying one thing: print at 100% or Actual Size rather than “Fit to Page”, which rescales the sheet and shifts the guide lines away from the letter heights they were drawn for. That is the most common reason a pack looks wrong.

Write to [email protected] with the email address you bought with. Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually take five to ten days to appear.
